PMU-FW is not running, certain application may not be supported.

MPSOC, 运行时串口只打印这一行“PMU-FW is not running, certain application may not be supported.”正常的程序没有跑起来。平台工程里zynqmp_pmufw是有的。按照Xilinx创建PMU FW已经没有此模板了，无法创建。软件版本是2021.1，卡这里很久都没解决，请问有没有大神知道怎么解决。
